Can you add more than one name to a letter?

No, letters are designed to be personalized for each individual child to create a magical experience. For siblings, one letter must be ordered for each child. If a letter is ordered with multiple names this will delay production and delivery of your letter.

If I have more than one child, will their letters say the same thing?

We have multiple unique letters so no children within the same family will receive the same letters!

Are the letters the same every year?

We have various letters that are all rewritten every year. We do this to ensure every Christmas season is special and new.

How do I send letter to multiple addresses?

For shipping purposes, please place an order per shipping address.

How long do letters take to ship?

Our elves work as fast as possible to ship letters out to you. Letters begin to ship mid November to ensure they retain their magical cookie scent! As the letters are completely made by hand they take a 1-3 weeks to process due to the influx of orders. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We greatly appreciate your patience. Final shipping day for all 2023 orders will be December 18th.

Is shipping available outside of the U.S.?

North Post Postal letters are currently only available in the U.S. including Hawaii and Puerto Rico but we are hoping to expand to Canada soon!

How does shipping work?

We offer 3 -Day shipping with tracking via USPS to ensure our letters make it to you safely!

Expedited overnight is available just in case you are close to the cutoff day.

Please note shipping times do not account for production time.

How are letters shipped if I order more than 2?

All orders are packaged in a poly-mailer that won’t give away the Christmas magic they contain!

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of the letters we do not offer refunds at this time.

What if my letter arrived late?

We work very diligently to ensure all letters arrive to you before Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping as we rely on the US Postal Service for delivery. For this reason we cannot guarantee shipping on any orders.
